Microsoft offers free Windows Vista Ultimate if you sign up for Windows Feedback Program
Don't mind Microsoft spying on you? Then I have a wonderful news for you. Join Microsoft's Windows Feedback Program and you could get a free copy of Windows Vista Ultimate. Seriously, the software giant is actually offering free copies if you let them spy on you (I mean spy on your online activities) for three months, and take part in couple of surveys. It could be the best deal for a college kid who can get a free copy of $350 Vista Ultimate by investing some free time in Microsoft's program. But I don't think many will get a copy as there will be many "conditions" to be satisfied.
So you are ready and want to know the basic rules?
Participation is currently limited to US residents of 18 years and older
You are the owner of the computer you use for this program
The automated feedback program is offered to Windows Vista and Windows XP customers only

Is this an honest to badness INSTALL DVD for 64 bit vista ULTIMATE f r r e e e from M$???
I was in the Beta test program via TechNet, was not impressed with the hard HOG for space of ULT.
3 days after the PUBLIC was able to buy install DVD, I performed all on-line updates, saw OS now occupied >25 GB on ny hard drive (XP SP2 updated= only about 5 GB). I entered Device Manger & DELETED the vista partition. That was about 11 months ago, thought I might try again w/ M$ vista.
