    After months of delays, BenQ finally launched it’s Blu-ray disc recorder. It allows you to store 25GB data on a single layer disc or 50GB data on a dual layer disc. This latest technology makes possible storing two hours of high-definition TV or more than 13 hours of standard-definition TV content on just one single-layer disc. It includes BenQ exclusive Solid-Burn technology that ensures the disc’s playability and maximum lifetime. It can read/write BD, DVD, and CD media at speeds up to 2x BD-R/RE, 1x dual-layer BD-R/RE, 12x DVD+/-R, and 32x CD-R. It also includes PowerDVD 6 software that allows you to play back studio Blu-ray Disc flicks at a full, 1920×1200 resolution under Vista.
