• XtremeNotebooks’ Xtreme 917V gaming laptop

  • Here’s an another addition to the growing list of gaming rigs. Lately many companies have started kicking extreme PCs for gaming geeks (with fat pay checks). The 17-inch Xtreme 917V comes in three models — Fusion, Reactor, and Accelerator. The first one is a standard notebook, while the last one is the power boosting machine. It’s totally customizable laptop, but over here I am only mentioning the high-end specs. At max you can get Intel Quad Core Q6600 (2.4GHz) or Q6700 (2.66GHz) processor, 1920 x 1200 resolution, dual Nvidia GeForce Go 7950 GTX with 1024MB memory or dual 8700 GTX (both in SLI), up to 4GB DDR2 800MHz RAM, max 750GB hard drive, 32/64GB SSD, dual layer DVD burner, a/b/g/n wireless, Bluetooth, TV Tuner, 1.3 mega pixel webcam, speakers, subwoofer, and Vista.

The Xtreme 917V starts at $2,399 but the above mentioned specs will set you by $6838.
