X2 Computing launches iTablet slate tablet based on Windows and Linux

x2-computing_itablet.jpg Though the iTablet by a new UK firm called X2 Computing doesn't look as good as an iPad, it is a nice model for Windows lovers who want a similar slate tablet but with far more computing power. The device features 10.2" or 12.1" display, and is powered by 1.6GHz Intel processor -- making it far more powerful than Apple iPad.

Other features include 250GB hard drive, built-in stereo speakers, three USB ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, 1.3MP webcam, and 3G.

The X2 Computing' iTablet is based on Windows / Linux operating system and will be available in April.

No word on pricing.
