We knew Toshiba was going to announce a Windows 7 tablet, but a while back a rumor started doing round on internet which claimed that Toshiba has abandoned its plan of launching Windows 7 slate tablet. But it seems the rumor was off the mark. Recently, Toshiba officially launched a Windows 7 slate tablet in the Japanese market. The tablet is dubbed as Toshiba WT310 and offer Intel Atom processor and 11.6″ multi-touch display.
The Toshiba WT310 feature Intel Atom Z670 (1.50GHz) processor with integrated graphics, 2GB memory, 64GB SSD, 1,366×768 pixels screen resolution, 6 hours battery life and Windows 7 Professional (32bit/SP1).
Other features include LAN, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, card reader, 3MP camera on back, 1MP front camera, and HDMI.
It also offer optional Office Home and Business 2010.
