Soon after Samsung UK came out with it's first netbook, Toshiba UK announced it's very own mini laptop computer. The NB100 is Tosh's first netbook with Intel's Atom N270 1.6GHz processor running under it's hood. Specs of Toshiba's machine is some what similar to NC10' except for the screen size -- while Samsung's netbook offers 10" display, Toshiba NB100 comes with 8.9-inch widescreen display. It provides 1GB of RAM, 120GB hard drive, 802.11b/g wireless, 3x usb ports, 0.3 mega pixel webcam, and Windows XP or Linux operating system. What's more, thanks to Toshiba's technology you can charge USB devices even when the netbook is in sleep mode. The netbook will ship in October for about $470.
