Here comes another “special edition” laptops from the Japanese giant Sony for the western consumers. Nothing much has changed as far as specs are concerned. The only difference between normal Vaio FZ and Graphic Splash Eco Edition is the colorful outer shell which will surely help you get notice in college campus. The firm says, “inspired by nature, the new designs –Caribbean Water, Clay Earth, Spotted Life and Bloom– make these notebooks the most distinctive PCs on the planet.”
You can configure the sexy 15.4-inch VAIO with Core 2 Duo T7700 / T7500 / T7250 processor, up to 4GB RAM, max 300GB hard drive, dual layer DVD burner, NVIDIA 8400M GT graphics, HDMI, 802.11a/b/g/n wireless, Bluetooth, and Vista.
Sony is also offering to take back your old PC. Simply bring in your old PC to a Sony Style store to be recycled and get a credit toward a new VAIO notebook. The VAIO Graphic Splash Eco Edition notebooks will start at about $1,391 and will be available in limited quantities in early November.
