Sony Vaio CR series notebooks now available
Today Sony has officially announced the availability of it’s CR series which comes with “eye-popping colors and a chic design”. I did mentioned about this baby a week back, if you remember. The 14.1-inch notebook is based around Santa Rosa platform and comes with 1.8GHz Core 2 Duo T7100 processor. It provides up to 4GB RAM, max 200GB hard drive (optional external 100GB drive), DVD drive, wireless n, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X310 (358MB), 1280×800 resolution, 1.3 mega-pixel webcam, and Vista. It boost an ‘AV mode’ button that lets you enjoy your multimedia (movies, songs, photos etc) without ever booting-up the operating system. The 5.5 pounds lappie comes in five “fashion-forward” colors – sangria, cosmopolitan, dove, indigo and black. It also comes with funky Vaio branded wallpaper and optional color-coordinated carrying bag and mouse. It’ll be available from this month for $1,350 (base price).
