We knew Sony has going to launch a hybrid tablet at IFA and guess what Sony indeed announced the VAIO Duo 11. Featuring a unique hybrid design, the 11.6-inch Sony VAIO Duo 11 can be used as both a tablet and an ultrabook. Pick up the device in one hand and use in tablet mode to browse the web or enjoy music and videos while you’re traveling. In the office, slide out the keyboard and maximise your productivity with a fully-featured PC powered by latest-generation Intel Core processors.
Interestingly, the ultrabook not only recognize regular touch gestures but also hand-writing. It also comes equipped with a digital stylus.
Specification include 11.6-inch multi-touch full HD display (1920 x 1080), Intel Core i3/i5/i7 processor, up to 8GB DDR3 memory, 256GB SSD, and Intel HD Graphics 4000.
Sony VAIO Duo 11 also provide WiFi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, USB 3.0, SD card slot, 2MP front and rear cameras, VGA, and HDMI.
Operating system is Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro.
Sony VAIO Duo 11 will be available from October end.
