We know many companies are secretly working on Smartbooks. And most of them will start rolling them as soon as 2010 kicks in. If you're of those eager geeky enthusiast who is eying a Smartbook for round the clock mobile computing with a superb battery then here's some interesting development which will surely interest you: Pegatron recently showcased a 10" smartbook based on an ARM processor at the Connected Community Technical Symposium on Friday.

Nothing much is known about this device except that it features a 10" screen, an ARM processor and Ubuntu operating system.

Another interesting thing about this device is its price -- it'll cost less than $200!

Pegatrom smartbook will be official launched in the first quarter of 2010.
