Pegatron Smartbook powered by ARM, based on Ubuntu showcased

If you're of those eager geeky enthusiast who is eying a Smartbook for round the clock mobile computing with a superb battery then here's some interesting development which will surely interest you: Pegatron recently showcased a 10" smartbook based on an ARM processor at the Connected Community Technical Symposium on Friday.

Nothing much is known about this device except that it features a 10" screen, an ARM processor and Ubuntu operating system.

Another interesting thing about this device is its price -- it'll cost less than $200!

Pegatrom smartbook will be official launched in the first quarter of 2010.
