Panasonic has announced two Toughbook models "CF-W5 and CF-T5" with Intel Santa Rosa. The 12.1-inch laptops can bear drop of 30cm and includes integrated UMTS/HSDPA module, battery life of up to 14 hours, and silent fanless design. The CF-T5 also provides 1.2GHz Core Solo processor ULV U1400, Intel 945GMS Express Chipset, 512MB RAM (max 1.5GB), 60GB hard drive, a/b/g wireless, and Windows XP Pro.

The CF-W5 also sports same specs except DVD burner. The new models will be available from the end of May.
