Palm Foleo mobile companion

Palm has kicked a handheld device designed to work as a mobile companion. It connects wirelessly with your Treo smartphone to help you do more on the go. The 2.5 pound device relies on Treo's wireless Internet connection via Bluetooth for internet connectivity. Solid specs are not available but it seems to pack a 10-inch screen with 1024×600 resolution, a full-size QWERTY keyboard, compact flash, and five hours of battery life. Running on Linux, it sports Opera web browser and DataViz's Documents To Go so you can edit Microsoft Office documents. It'll be available this summer for $499.
