New details on Apple Tablet. To be called Apple iPad
Till now we knew very little regarding Apple’s Tablet PC. All we knew that it packs a 10″ touchscreen display, and is a larger version of iPhone. Well, it turns out these details were pretty much correct. Now here comes couple of new, interesting details regarding the latest innovative product out of Apple stable. The device is to be called an Apple iPad, and features a 10.7″ touchscreen display.
Design-wise it is pretty much similar to iPhone with a curved back.
Functionality wise it is a slate-like replacement for books and magazines. It can also be used for multimedia, gaming, and web.
The iPad runs iPhone operating system, and offers optional 3G.
Apple is planning to announce the iPad on or before January 19, 2010, and will start selling it in May or June.
