MSI GX700 first laptop to boost Intel Mobile 965 Chipset

MSI has unveiled their new laptop which is the first one to boost an Intel Mobile 965 Chipset. Intel’s forthcoming chipset (codenamed Crestline) are expected to be released in second quarter of 2007. The GX700 features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a 17-inch display (1680×1050 resolution), the unknown NVIDIA NB8P graphics, DVD combo, 802.11 a/b/g wireless, Bluetooth and an optional Modem Dual LAN, as same as 4-in-1 card reader and an ExpressCard slot. It comes with MSI Vivid technology, and the forthcoming Intel Centrino platform which features up to 800MHz frontside bus.
The Intel Centrino platform will incorporate 802.11n Wireless, the NAND Flash hard drive cache, Graphics Media Accelerator X3000 integrated card on select chipsets and 3G WAN card.
