• More info on Gigabyte M528 and M700 UMPCs

    Gigabyte recently released more information on the company’s latest ultra mobile PCs. The M528 is the flagship product with Intel’s Atom processor running under its hood. The M528 is actually an MID (mobile internet device) with stylish, simplistic design. It is equipped with a 4.8” LCD display and weighs only 340g. Though its a small form factor PC it offers QWERTY slider keyboard, so that you don’t have any problem while typing. Also, it includes handwriting recognition technology, making e-mails replying easy and convenient.

    The company is also planning to launch another ultra mobile PC with decent design. The Gigabyte M700 is a 650g gizmo with 7” LED backlight display. Specifications are similarl to its younger sibling, except for the addition of WiMAX.
