hp_compaq2133-1.jpg Remember HP's "soon to be launched" mini laptop computer? As per the latest reports, its going to come on 7th April (hopefully). The 2133 is HP's first "small" size notebook for upwardly mobile crowd. And according to the leaked specification, the 2133 is a powerful solution for business users as well as self-employed mobile professionals. Unlike ASUS's mini system, HP's machine is based on VIA C7-M (1.2-/1.6 GHz) processor, and sports a VIA Chrome 9 chipset graphics.

According to Engadget, the HP 2133 will come in four variants. The basic specification include 8.9" widescreen WXGA LCD screen (1280x768), 1GB or 2GB RAM, 120-/160 GB hard drive, 802.11a/b/g wireless, Bluetooth, and Windows Vista Home Basic or SuSE Linux operating system.

The HP 2133 starts at $549 (Linux model), while for the Vista-based system you'll have to shell out $599+.
