Sure, we've seen
Qosmio G55 and F55 a month ago, but its now only that their specs are officially available. Both of them are unique in their own ways -- the G55 is the first notebook with Toshiba's Quad Core HD Cell Processor and the F55 boasts built-in GPS. The Quad Core HD Processor is designed to better serve the creative process by alleviating the intense burden that’s placed on the CPU while handling a wide range of multimedia tasks, such as video transcoding. The Cell processor includes couple of unique features such as upconvert/upconversion, transcoding, video indexing, and gesture control. Of all, the gesture control feature looks brilliant. Through the use of “Gesture Control” and the Qosmio’s Webcam, physical motions, such as extending an arm and simple hand gestures, users can control the play, pause, rewind and fast-forward functions of their movies, music and slides.
