LG Optimus Pad 8.9″ tablet with 4G LTE launched in Korea
LG has launched a new model under Optimus Pad family. The latest LG Optimus Pad is equipped with 4G LTE and sports an 8.9-inch multi-touch display. The tablet measures a mere 9.34mm thick and weighs only 497g, yet boast of powerful features including dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor. Another interesting thing to note is that it doesn’t have 3D-shooting capability like its predecessor. Instead of dual 5MP cameras on back, this one packs an 8MP snapper.
Other features include 1280×768 resolution IPS display, 32GB internal storage, SD card for expandable storage, WiFi, HDMI out, DLNA and Android 3.2 Honeycomb.
The LG Optimus Pad will be available in Korea shortly for an undisclosed price.
