IBM's website has leaked some information on the upcoming ThinkPad X61 Tablet PC. No pics are available, but it seems that 12.1-inch X61 will sport same design as its predecessor, the ThinkPad X60 (pictured above). It packs Intel Core 2 Duo processor L7300 (1.4GHz) or L7500 (1.6GHz), Intel GM965 Express Chipset, GMA X3100 Integrated Graphics, 160GB hard drive, 2GB RAM, Vista, 802.11n wireless, and Bluetooth.
