Lenovo ThinkPad X100e netbook coming this January

lenovo_thinkpad-sl.jpg Lenovo already has netbooks under its IdeaPad brand. But this would be the first under its flagship ThinkPad family. According to unconfirmend sources, Lenovo will come out with a ThinkPad X100e business netbook in January of next year. As far as processor and graphics chip is concerned, the netbook will feature either AMD Athlon Neo processor (1.6GHz) with ATI Radeon HD3410 graphics OR Intel Centrino 2 ULV processor (1.4GHz) with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD.

Other features include a larger 12.1" WXGA TFT LCD display (1280×800 resolution), 3GB DDR2 RAM, 160GB to 320GB hard drive with optional SSD, a 6- or 9-cell Lithium-Ion battery, and Windows 7.

No word on pricing.
