• Lenovo Skylight Smartbook unveiled

    We knew computer manufacturers would be unveiling Smartbooks this CES. Lenovo yesterday became the second manufacturer after Freescale to introduce a Smartbook. The Skylight is the first smartbook from the house of Lenovo. It is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and features couple of unique features.


    Interesting thing about Lenovo’s smartbook is that it weighs less than 2 pounds, and is thinner than some smartphones.
    It also provides 20GB flash storage, Wireless, 3G, HD video playback capability, and 10 hours battery run time.
    The Skylight is based upon Linux operating system.
    The Lenovo Skylight smartbook will be available in April for $499.
