Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid tablet with a detachable display
Looks pretty unique, no? Well, the Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid is a unique machine in all sense. Basically the IdeaPad U1 Hybrid is a tablet computer with an 11.6″ LED-backlit display. Interesting thing about this machine is that it boast of a detachable display. In tablet mode (when the screen is detached) it makes use of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon ARM CPU, 512MB of RAM, 16GB flash storage, Snapdragon integrated graphics, and Skylight Linux interface.
But when the tablet is docked to the notebook portion, it switches to an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 128GB SSD, and Windows 7.
The tablet mode lasts for 8hours while the notebook mode runs for 6 hours.
Common features include Wireless, Bluetooth and 3G.
