    Word on internet has it Lenovo is planning to develop a new category of consumer electronics — home tablets! Reportedly, Lenovo is working on a 23-inch tablet computer for home use. Wondering what the hell can you do with a “home tablet”? Well, it’ll function as a TV and once you use a wireless/Bluetooth keyboard it’ll become a desktop! In simple word a combination of TV and an all-in-one computer.


    Design-wise it’ll be like current generation slate tablets. Because it is pretty big in size Lenovo is working on bringing down its weight so that it can be moved from one room to another without much efforts. William Cai, Lenovo’s senior marketing specialist also said that the device can be used as a table-tablet too (sort of Microsoft Surface).
    Currently, Lenovo is trying to improve its battery life.
    Expect the 23-inch Lenovo home tablet later this year.
