HP G60 15.6-inch Notebook Released
HP today released a new notebook PC without any fanfare. With the G60, HP tries it’s luck with 15.6-inch widescreen Brightview LCD display (1366×768 resolution). The notebook is based on an AMD Turion X2 RM-70 Dual-Core Mobile Processor with a core frequency of 2.0GHz and 1MB L2 cache. Considering it’s $629.99 pricing, it’s pretty good on configuration — 3GB DDR2 RAM, 250gig 5400RPM hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce 8200M graphics card (up to 1470MB video memory), dual layer DVD burner, 802.11a/b/g/n wireless, HDMI, 5-in-1 card reader, webcam, and Vista Home Premium.
