• Google to launch hybrid tablet with physical keyboard?

    Google has just launch Nexus 7 tablet and is already working on a larger 10-inch Nexus tablet. But now word on internet has it Google may launch a hybrid tablet with a physical keyboard too. Reportedly, Google has filed a patent for a hybrid tablet with a touchscreen convertible display and a physical keyboard.

    If you ask us then it could make a great Google Chromebook — part tablet, part notebook.

    This particular patent application was filed back in Q4 2010 and published by the US Patent and Trademark Office in Q2 2012, so hope something comes out of it soon.
