Gateway has launched it's NX570 series based on Intel Core 2 Duo processors. The 1.6GHz NX570X model has 15.4" display with 1280 x 800 resolution. The high-end 1.83GHz XL model features 1920x1200 display and 128MB ATI Mobility RADEON x1400 graphic card. Both the laptop provides up to 2GB of RAM, a multi-format dual-layer DVD burner, and SATA disk up to 120GB. The series has up to 6.5-hour battery options.

The laptop will cost you $900 for base configuration and $2000 fully spec'd.
