Gateway NV series notebooks — NV5 (15.6″) and NV7 (17.3″)
Today Gateway introduced a new entertainment notebook family — the NV Series. The Gateway NV line features models in two different sizes – the NV5 Series with a 15.6-inch display and the NV7 Series with a 17.3-inch display. All models feature Intel Core family / AMD Phenom processor, a High Definition Ultrabright LCD widescreen display, and HD webcam. They also provide an integrated “social networking” button that allows users to access their social networks, including Facebook, YouTube and Flickr, with a single touch of a button. With it, users can see real-time network updates on their status feed, as well as provide updates to their own sites with information, images and video.
The Gateway NV5 features Intel Core i3 processor, 15.6-inch HD Ultrabright LCD display (1366×768 resolution), Blu-ray drive, up to 4GB RAM, 640GB HDD, multi-gesture touchpad, dedicated numeric keypad, and Windows 7.
On the other hand the Gateway NV7 Series features 17.3″ display with 1600×900 resolution, support for high definition audio and two built-in stereo speakers, ATI Mobility Radeon HD graphics, HDMI and same other specification.
