According to a member of Tablet PC Review forum, Gateway is all set to launch a 14-inch tablet PC. He's soon going to join IMSA (the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy) where it's compulsory to carry a tablet. This machine is also on the offers along with other options. The 295 series includes 1.8GHz Core 2 Duo T7100 or 2GHz T7300 processor, 2GB RAM, max 100GB hard drive, Intel GMA X3100 graphics, 1280x768 resolution, DVD burner, WiFi, and Wacom and touchscreen capabilities.

Gateway 295 series tablet PC is expected to retail for $1,700 from month end.
