Fujitsu LifeBook P7230 up for grab in U.S.

Remember that sexy laptop we showed you some time ago by the Chief Designer and Design Consultant of the Fujitsu’s Personal Solution Design Departament, Kenichi Kimura? It has been launched in the US. The good looking lappie is smaller than a piece of A4 paper, and offers a 3cm profile. Featuring Intel Centrino Technology, it boosts a 10.6-inch display with LED backlight, energy-efficient Intel Core Solo U1400 Ultra Low Voltage (ULV) processor, Intel 945GMS Express chipset, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, up to 2GB RAM, 80GB hard drive, a dual Layer DVD Super Multi Writer, and a RF-based fingerprint sensor to protect your prized possession from unauthorized access.

It is capable of up to 6 hours of battery life and packs built-in microphones, dual stereo speakers, webcam, Intel PRO/Wireless 3945b/g, Gigabit Ethernet, two USB ports, and IEEE 1394 port. Available in Leather Black or Leather White colors, it is priced at $1,699 for a base configuration and runs Windows Vista.
