If you're a Japanese looking for an extremely thin laptop, ala MacBook Air, then you can consider this laptop but mind you unlike Air (which runs the ultra fast Penryn chip) this only offers 800MHz Intel A110 processor. Now that's really sad for a 12.1" laptop weighting 1.249kg. But the good thing about this machine is that the FRLN is quite durable -- it features a waterproof keyboard, its body can resist up to 120kg of pressure and withstand a fall of 76cm.

As for main specs, for $1,295 you get 800MHz Intel A110 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 12.1” LED backlight LCD with SXGA resolution, 80GB of HDD, and Wifi A/B/G.
