Dell Streak MID to be unveiled during CES
We knew Dell was working on a mobile internet device. Now the word has it it’ll be unveiled during CES 2010 in January. Reportedly, the Dell Streak is a product “people want” and boast of a 5-inch WVGA touchscreen display. What’s more, the device also provides a 5MP webcam, Wi-Fi, 3G, and Android 2.0 operating system!
No word on exact pricing, but word has it the Streak will be priced at $299 or $399.
As far as we’re concerned the deal looks good as it not only boast of a larger display compared to iPod Touch, but also boast of a super cool 5MP camera!
The only thing that can play spoilsport is its pricing. If it is expensively priced then I doubt it’ll work, but if it is reasonably price (read iPod Touch pricing) then it can surely create its own place in the this competitive segment.
Expected release date is march 2010.
