Today Dell officially unveiled the Adamo XPS 13.4" laptop computer, boasting an uberslim profile of only 0.4-inches, ultimately making it the world's thinnest notebook computer. The pencil-thin Adamo XPS weighs just over 3 pounds and is targeted towards holiday season shoppers who doesn't mind blowing good sum of money on an amazing product.

Inside its thin frame lies an Intel Core 2 Duo processor running at 1.4GHz.

Other features include 4GB of DDR3 memory, 128GB solid state drive storage, 13.4-inch WLED display, multi-touch trackpad, Wireless, Bluetooth, external DVD burner / Blu-ray drive, display port, 2xUSB 2.0, audio, Ethernet and Windows 7 operating system.

Dell expects to begin taking orders and shipping the Adamo XPS in time for the holidays. The Adamo XPS is priced starting at $1799.
