Dell XPS 13 13.3″ ultrabook goes official
At the CES Dell went official with its first ultrabook — the Dell XPS 13. This is a 13.3-inch ultrabook measuring 18mm thick and weighing 2.99 lbs. What is interesting about this machine is that it features edge-to-edge glass, near “frameless” display, all-day battery life, and the latest Intel Core processor.
Specification include Intel Core i5 2467M and i7 2637M processor, 13.3″ HD WLED Gorilla Glass display (300nit brightness, 1366×768 resolution), Intel HD 3000 video graphics, 4GB DDR3 memroy, 128GB SSD, and Windows 7 Home Premium.
Dell XPS 13 also provide full-size backlit chiclet keyboard, multi-gesture touchpad, 802.11 A/G/N WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, Waves MaxxAudio 4 audio, USB 3.0, 1.3MP webcam, and 6-cell battery.
The Dell XPS 13 will be available at the end of February starting at $999.
