Asus U36S 13.3″ ultra-thin laptop coming in Europe
Remember the Asus U36 laptop which was launched in the last year? Well, Asus has announced a variation of that machine in the form of Asus U36S and will be launching it in European market in the next month for $1870.
Externally nothing has been changed — the Asus U36S offers same 13.3-inch display and measures only 19mm thin and weighs only 1.44Kg.
Powered by Intel Core i7-2620M processor (2.7GHz), the machine offers 13.3-inch LED backlit display (1366 x 768), 4GB DDR3 RAM, 160GB SSD, and NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M graphics card with 1GB memory.
Other features include 0.3MP webcam, 5-in-1 card reader, Ethernet, 802.11bgn WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, USB 3.0, stereo speakers, HDMI output, and 8-cell battery.
The Asus U36S is based on Windows 7 Professional 64bit and is priced at $1870. Expect it in European market from September.
