ASUS M70 Multimedia Notebook Now Available

asus_multimedia.jpg In the form of M70 ASUS has released a mediageek's and business professional's dream machine. The M70 multimedia notebook is a 17-inch system with high-end features. With onboard powerpack components such as a WUXGA widescreen with 1920x1200 pixels resolution, Blu-Ray Drive, built-in Altec Lansing Speakers, Dolby Home Theater, and ATI HD Series graphics card, I doubt Asus will have any problems finding buyers. It also boasts a unique touch pad that turns into a control deck for media files when not used as a cursor platform. Control the volume, play, stop, pause, mute, skip and more – the user only needs to tap with a finger and it's done. With another quick switch, the touch pad changes back for cursor move. As for security, the M70 is protected by two technologies: the ASUS SmartLogon that scans face to affirm the identity of the user and traditional fingerprint scanner.
