ASUS is planning to announce three new laptops, based on AMD processors and HD series graphics, in this month for high end users. The 17.1-inch G2K gaming machine is an update to G2 with some new features. Though the design remains same, you can now customize this notebook with 2.0GHz Turion 64 X2 TL60 processor, 2GB RAM, 200GB 7200 rpm hard drive, ATI HD2600 graphics card with 256MB dedicated memory, dual layer DVD burner, HDMI, b/g wireless, Bluetooth, 1.3 mega pixel webcam, TV Tuner with remote control, and Windows Vista.
The 17.1-inch A7K comes with 1.8GHz Turion 64 X2 TL56 chip, 250GB hard drive, ATI Mobility Radeon HD2600 DDR3 256MB (1GB HyperMemory), and same other specs.
The 17.1-inch F7K is also similarly specced except for 1.9GHz Turion 64 X2 TL58, and HD2400 256MB graphics.
