Arnova 8b G2 8″ tablet unveiled
Arnova has silently launched a new tablet in the form of Arnova 8b G2. This is an 8-inch slate tablet for people on the budget. Powered by AMR Cortex A8 1GHz processor, Arnova 8b G2 provides 8GB internal storage, 8-inch multi-touch display (800*600), and microSD card slot for expandable storage.
Arnova 8b G2 also features 802.11b/g WiFi, front facing camera, microphone, G-sensor, and built-in speakers.
It is based on which operating system is not clear because product page mentions Android 2.3 Gingerbread while specification pdf file mentions Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Same is the case regarding system memory — former mentions 512MB RAM while the latter mentions 1GB memory.
Also, there’s no word on pricing and availability.
