Archos 97 Carbon tablet leaked

Word on internet has it Archos is planning to launch a new tablet in the market — the Archos 97 Carbon. This one’s a 9.7-inch tablet powered by a single core ARM Cortex A8 1GHz processor and based on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

Specification include 1GB RAM, 16GB storage, 9.7-inch IPS display (1024×768), and microSD card slot.

Archos 97 Carbon also provide WiFi, 0.3MP front camera, 2MP rear camera, micro USB, and HDMI.

Archos 97 Carbon tablet will be launched in second half of this year for $249.
