    • apple ipad mini Apple iPad Mini to cost $299?We have been hearing rumours about iPad Mini since a long time. Now Pacific Crest analyst Andy Hargreaves has given his take on situation and predicted that Apple will launch iPad Mini with a 7.85-inch display in Q4 2012.

    As Google has jumped into tablet segment with the launch of Nexus 7 and may well launch Nexus 10 to take on iPad, it makes sense for Apple to jump into 7-inch tablet segment with an iPad Mini.

    Andy expects that an 8GB iPad Mini will be sold for $299, yet providing initial gross margin of 31%. He believes Apple will be able to 10 million iPad Mini in FQ1 (Dec. 2012) and 35.2 million in F2013 with total iPad sales pegged at 91.6 million.

    Sounds too impressive? He further states that Apple’s shares will surge to $690!

    Time to buy Apple?
