Another Tab on the block

Japan’s Sharp will soon launch 7-inch tablet Sharp Aquos Pad SHT21 tablet with its IGZO display technology that consume less power compared to standard LCD. It has has a 1280 x 800 IGZO display and other technologies that the company says allow its 2,040mAh battery to last 2.5 times as long as existing tablets.

Also it has a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and 4G LTE.

It weighs less than 10 ounces.

Sharp Aquos Pad will go on sale in early December in Japan.
