The new TravelMate 8000 series is designed for business users and boast of incredible 8+ battery life, providing business professionals with much-needed lifeline when on-the-go. The Acer TravelMate 8000 derives much of its energy efficiency from Intel's CULV chip, and LED-backlit display. What's more, this machine also boast of a power-saving adapter that automatically stops using power when the battery is fully charged, allowing as much as 66% power savings compared to a standard adapter. The TravelMate 8000 Timeline series is available in three formats: 13.3”, 14” and 15.6”.
