Acer Aspire One 10" Netbook Gets Official
Just yesterday we told you about the latest Acer netbook. And guess what, today Acer went official with this machine. As reported yesterday, the bigger Aspire comes with a 10.1-inch display and sports "a reworked visual design with a brushed metal palm rest and other slightly more upscale touches." If you liked the earlier 8.9-inch Aspire One then you'll surely love this netbook as this one offers upgraded specification including a large capacity hard drive (160GB), up to 2GB of memory, bigger screen (10.1"), 1.6GHz or 1.86GHz processor, 3G, WiMAX and a 6-cell battery that lasts for up to 7 hours on a charge. The 10.1" Aspire One is based on Windows XP operating system and costs $399 when it ships to the US in February.
