If you’re looking for a very cheap netbook then here’s 3K RazorBook. The RazerBook is a $175 netbook featuring very basic specification. The 7-inch portable machine is powered by an ARM 400MHz processor and features 128GB RAM, 7″ Active Matrix TFT Color LCD (800×600 resolution), 4GB solid state drive, and Microsoft Windows CE operating system. Wouldn’t recommend you if you truly want a nice secondary machine for your home but if you’re on an extremely tight budget and just want a very basic computing machine then go for it.
