If you're looking for a very cheap netbook then here's 3K RazorBook. The RazerBook is a $175 netbook featuring very basic specification. The 7-inch portable machine is powered by an ARM 400MHz processor and features 128GB RAM, 7" Active Matrix TFT Color LCD (800x600 resolution), 4GB solid state drive, and Microsoft Windows CE operating system. Wouldn't recommend you if you truly want a nice secondary machine for your home but if you're on an extremely tight budget and just want a very basic computing machine then go for it.
