Yes, a laptop for only $249. And no, its not a crapware. It is an extremely basic mobile machine for students and first-timers who’re looking for the cheapest, and reliable notebook computer. Just as holiday season is approaching, Best Buy will appeal to value-conscious consumers with a dynamic holiday computing selection launching Nov. 11 and featuring the retailer’s lowest-advertised-price laptop ever.
Selling in-store and online for $249.99, the Acer laptop features an Intel Celeron 900 processor, 2GB memory, 160GB hard drive, and Windows 7 operating system.
