At the CES show Asus showcased a new laptop under its U Series — the Asus U47. This one’s a 14-inch laptop with the upcoming Intel Ivy Bridge processor. What is interesting is that it sport a frameless design, meaning you get a 14-inch display in a form factor of a 13-incher. That’s not all, the Asus U47 weighs a mere 1.32Kg and measures 25.1mm thick, making it pretty portable. The laptop sports a brushed aluminium alloy chassis and offers a 16:9, 14-inch LED-backlit HD display (1366*768). There are two models to choose from — Asus U47A with integrated Intel HD graphics and Asus U47VC with NVIDIA GeForce graphics.
