Samsung SyncMaster XL30 – 30-inch LED-based and SyncMaster 940UX 19-inch monitors
Samsung Electronics has launched a 30-inch LED based display (pictured above) at CeBIT show in Hannover, Germany. The monitor features 123% color production and gives green, dark red and other natural colors onto the monitor in their true form. It includes “Eyeone Design & Eyeone Photo” and “Natural Color Expert” software which allows users to change the color ranges of their choices. The SyncMaster XL30′s specs seems impressive – 3,000:1 contrast ratio, 2ms response time, 170 degrees viewing angle, and support for HDCP. I guess many people including graphics designer, animators, and gamers are going to love this display.
The firm also unveiled a 19-inch display that can be connected with monitors using only an USB port. Featuring 1,280×1,024 resolution, it can be expanded to six monitors using only an USB port without having to add graphic card.
