Samsung Electronics today unveiled a new LCD monitor line up -- the 53 Series. According to the firm, the SyncMaster 953BW (19"), 2053BW (22"), 2253LW (22"), and 2253BW (22") are high-end contemporary monitors delivering "industry-leading performance" to design-conscious markets. The ultra-sleek monitors also boasts Samsung’s signature style with a unique “crystal” edge, piano-black glossy finish and uncluttered minimalist design. All of them features an ultra high contrast ratio of 8000:1, 2ms GTG video response time, and MagicColor intelligent color control to customize brightness, color contrast through mouse and keyboard control.

The 952BW offers 1440 x 900 resolution, 300 cd/m2 brightness, and 170˚/160˚ viewing angle. The 2053BW, 2253LW, and 2253BW are also similarly specced except for 1680 x 1050 res.
