Samsung SyncMaster 220TN and 225UW displayed at IFA
Samsung is back with their SyncMaster 220TN and 225UW VoIP LCD displays. The IFA 2007 is the third event after CES and CeBIT where the Korean giant is proudly displaying two 22″ monitor models with VoIP functions that “opens the era of video conferencing and video calls.” Both of them boasts simple networking modules that allows you to go online and make video calls when connected to LAN cable even without a PC. They features 1680×1050 resolution, 5ms response time, 2.0 mega pixel camera, microphone, and speakers. In addition the panels are equipped with 500MHz Geode LX800 processor, 1GB flash memory, 256MB RAM and WinXP embedded.
No word on pricing and availability but I can assure you they won’t come cheap, so start saving from now.
