• NEC announces new AccuSync LCD displays with HDMI

  • nec_19monitor.jpgNEC has updated their AccuSync LCD display line up with three new products — 19-inch LCD19WMGX, 22-inch LCD22WMGX, and 24-inch LCD24WMCX. All of them are equipped with HDMI that enables playback of high definition movies. The multimedia displays are designed for techno-savvy users looking for an “enhanced visual experience with video games, streaming video, photo viewing and other applications that require jaw-dropping color and contrast or wide connectivity.” You can interface with PCs, DVD players and video-game consoles to utilize the performance of these displays.


    The 19-inch display features 5ms response time, 400 cd/m2 brightness, 1440 x 900 resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, integrated speakers, and 160/170 degrees viewing angle. The 22-inch monitor comes with 300 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response, 2000:1 contrast, 1680 x 1050 resolution, and speakers. The 24-inch LCD sports same specs as 22-incher except 400 cd/m2 brightness and 1920 x 1200. The 19″ and 22″ models are now available for $280 and $380 respectively while the 24-inch display will come in late September for $550.
