LG W2252TE low-power LCD monitor
LG Electronics recently unveiled the world’s most energy efficient monitor that saves approx 45% power. The 22-inch W2252TE is the latest addition in LG’s Flatron series consuming only 22W, meaning your net power saving will be approximately 40W. Its a good product to buy if your machine is turned on 24×7, as its good to reduce environmental impact as well as some green bills.
And as far as specifications are concerned, you get a good deal. The W2252TE provides 1,680 x 1,050 maximum resolution, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness, 2ms response time, and 170-degree viewing angle.
No word on pricing. It’ll be available from August in the United Kingdom.
